Jen has mentioned to Luke that she is planning a rally so shadow children can be free. Do you think this is a good idea. Why or why not? Please cite evidence from the story to support you answer. I believe it is not a good idea for Luke to partake in Jens rally because from what i read from the text the goverment is very serious about the law and charges a fine of a million dollars. The kids who join in on this event could get injured and their parents could go to jail or get persecuted. If that is not drastic enough someone could die because of the rally
